Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted. We encourage you to carefully review all product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage guidelines prior to making a purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your product arrives damaged or appears to be defective, please email us with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Warm Weather Advisory
During warmer months, it is common for soaps and jars to exhibit "sweating," where a light oil-based residue may appear on the exterior. This is a normal occurrence and is not considered a defect.

Shipping Details & Address Accuracy
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes once an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If your order is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, you will need to file a claim with USPS or UPS, submit a missing mail report, or contact your local post office for assistance.

Order Cancellation Policy
The Fam Co. reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.
